Entering into Closer Partnership

--MTS and XMUT’s FIL Cooperate to Create an Internship Programme

On Aug. 3rd 2011, the opening ceremony for the XMUT (Xiamen university of Technology)-MTS Internship Programme was held at the MTS Xiamen Headquarters. Professor Wei Zhicheng of XMUT’s FIL (Faculty of International Languages), President Wei Zhonghe of MTS, and other representatives from both sides attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Professor Wei Zhicheng, head of the FIL, delivered the opening address in which he expressed appreciation for the efforts of MTS in the cooperative programme, and spoke about FIL’s scheduled research and study programmes on CAT and TM Analysis. President Wei Zhonghe also highly praised FIL’s talent training mechanism highlighting FIL’s onsite courses and briefly outlined MTS’s recent achievements, in addition to presenting a bright outlook for the cooperation.

The internship programme will mutually benefit both FIL and MTS, and bring about a closer cooperative relationship between them.
