With an aim to deliver consistently high quality translations, streamline our process, and improve customer satisfaction, we have introduced a rigorous quality assurance process.
We believe that a high quality translation is the heart of above mentioned process and that it can only be achieved by concerted efforts of each and every member of our team, no matter what department he/she belongs to. In particular, an innovative organization structure has been adopted, where several linguist groups are set up according to their specialties, such as Medicine, IT, Finance, Law, Engineering, Patent, Automobile, Biology, etc. Besides, we rank our linguists based on their experience and expertise and only senior linguists are allowed to edit and review a translation.
