2014 China Translation Service Industry Forum & 9th National Translation Management Seminar hosted by Translation Service Committee of Translators Association of China (TAC) were held on Sep. 17-18 in Kunming, China. Cooperation and Innovation was the theme of the forum. At the forum, TAC released the name list of the first group of language service

The Third China (Beijing) International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held in Beijing from May 28 to June 1, and “Language Services and Globalization Forum” as its third module was held on May 29. The forum was a high-end consulting symposium platform for the language service industry jointly organized by the Translators’ Association

On June 7, the Sixth Chinese Translation Profession Forum was held at Nankai University in Tianjin. The theme of this year’s forum is “Language Services in the Globalization Era: Philosophy, Technology and Innovation.” Mr. Zhonghe Wei, President of MTS, was invited to attend the forum. On April 12, 2014 Language Services Industry Development Forum convened in Days Hotel Nanjing in Yuhuatai District.Entrepreneurs, experts, scholars and customer representatives as well as investors from the industry attended the discussion on the innovation and development of language service industry. Mr. Zhonghe Wei, President of MTS, attended the forum by invitation and delivered a speech.

On January 11, 2014, Xiamen Xin’an Hotel witnessed the happy gathering of MTS. In this 2013 Year-end Conference & 2014 New Year’s Party, President Zhonghe Wei made the annual report for 2013, marking it a year of glory for MTS. Despite the gloomy economic situation all around the world, MTS advanced by leaps and bounds.

The 2013 China International Language Service Industry Conference was held in Shanghai on October 31, 2013. Sponsored by Translators Association of China, the Conference is a major international event for language service industry. MTS attended the Conference and was awarded “Brand Enterprise of Chinese Language Service Industry” with other 12 translation and localization service providers.
